Ingredients
Rinse the onion well, dry, finely chop the onion and garlic
Melt butter
Add finely chopped onions and garlic
Pass over medium heat
Add flour to onion roasting
Chicken stock
Pour chicken broth on onion roasting
Add bay leaf and cloves, cook well
In a meat grinder, grind walnuts.
Also grind fresh greens
Add spices to the crushed nuts and greens. (Suneli hops can also be added to taste), mix.
Pour yolks into the nut-spicy mass.
Boil wine vinegar
Add boiled wine vinegar to the nut mass.
Stir the nut mass well.
Add nut mass to onion roasting
The prepared sauce and, stirring continuously, heat over a moderate heat. We do not bring to the boil! Here is our sauce and ready!
If desired, you can put cooked chicken in the sauce.
