To prepare fish for barbecue, we will need freshly frozen mackerel, to marinate fish we will take mayonnaise and soy sauce, and to sprinkle salt, spices and sesame. We defrost mackerel.
We mix dry ingredients: salt, spices and sesame.
Also combine mayonnaise and soy sauce, mix well.
We cut the fish into the abdomen, gutted, remove the head, tail and fins. We cut each carcass along, open it, leave the ridge.
Sprinkle the fish inside with a mixture of salt, spices and sesame seeds.
Lubricate the fish inside with prepared mayonnaise marinade.
We fold the fish in half so that the sauce remains inside.
Place the fish in a container and lubricate with sauce on top and sprinkle with a dry mixture. We close the container with pickled fish carcasses and leave it in a cold place so that it will start for at least an hour.
We turn the marinated fish and put it on a grill. We apply the remains of marinade to fish. We put a grate with fish on a pallet.
Place the grate with fish in a hot oven and cook at 180 degrees for 20 minutes.
After 20 minutes, turn the fish to the other side.
We cook barbecue fish for another 10 minutes to brown on the other side.
Carefully remove the finished hot barbecue fish from the grill and transfer it to the dish. We serve barbecue fish in hot marinade on the table.
