1. Rinse the turkey fillet and dry well. Cut the fillet into 5-6 identical slices. Lightly beat each piece on both sides, salt and pepper.

2. Put several pods of defrosted beans on each slice, roll up the fillet with rolls, tightly wrap the 3‒4 with bacon slices and fix with wooden skewers.

3. Peel the onions and garlic. Finely chop the onions, pass the garlic through the press.

4. Fry the rolls in a saute pan in vegetable oil.

5. Stir in the onions and garlic and fry for a further 3 minutes.

6. Pour in the broth, cover the saucepan with a lid and rearrange in the oven preheated to 190˚S for 25 minutes.

7. Transfer the ready-made rolls to other dishes.

8. Wipe the sauce formed during cooking, mix the butter, season with salt and pepper.

9. Serve the rolls, drizzled with sauce and garnished with sprigs of parsley.
