Beef tenderloin - 1.5 kg, Dijon mustard - 100 grams, Bay leaf - 20 pcs., Garlic - 2 teeth., Salt - to taste, Pepper - to taste

Cut the garlic, mix with mustard, salt and pepper. We lay out the resulting mixture on the meat.
We lay out the bay leaf on top so that there are no gaps left.
We heat the oven to the maximum temperature (in a home oven it is usually 250 degrees, but you can also up to 300 degrees). We put roast beef in the preheated oven. After 15 minutes, lower the temperature to 150 degrees and keep in the oven for another half an hour.
After the roast beef cools, remove the bay leaf, mustard and cut.
Put in a glass baking sheet and heat in the oven for 5 minutes before serving. Although cold, it is tasty.
