Trout - 400 gr, Lemon juice - 1 tbsp, Ground black pepper - to taste, Salt - to taste, Yogurt - 200 gr, Pickled cucumbers - 1 pc., Garlic - 1 tooth, Grainy mustard - 0.5 tsp, Dill - to taste
Wash the trout under running water, clean and dry. Grate the fish with salt and pepper, drizzle with lemon juice. If you don't like this combination, you can do without lemon juice. Also at this stage, you can grate the fish with any fish spices, such as rosemary, marjoram, basil, fennel, or take a ready-made fish seasoning.
Take the cucumbers and cut them into a few pieces. Peel the garlic from the husks, crush with a press, on a small grater or knife. Wash the dill under running water, dry and cut as convenient as you like, I cut it coarsely. Fold everything into a blender bowl. In general, in this case, the cutting method is not fundamental, since everything will be crushed by the blender.
