Herring ambassador at home

Herring - 2 pcs., Water - 0.5 l, Salt - 2 tbsp., Sugar - 1.5 tbsp., Bay leaf - 1 pc., Cloves - 1 pc., Mustard powder - 1 tsp., Pepper peas - 10 pcs.
We take frozen herring, better fat, defrost a little, make a sekir-head and remove the skin. The skin is removed very easily from the frozen fish
Clean the insides and rinse
We put it in a suitable dish
We prepare marinade: put salt, sugar, clove, mustard powder, pepper and laurel in a saucepan. Fill all this with water, bring to a boil, turn off the stove and let the marinade cool.
We fill the herring with a cooled potion and put it in the refrigerator for the night. We pour a ray, butter and enjoy it!
