6 servings4 hours
Turkey - 1 kg, Water - 3 tbsp., Salt - 1 tbl., Sugar - 1 tbl., Dry spices - to taste, Honey - 1 tbl., Vegetable oil - 2 tbl., Soy sauce - 2 tbl., Garlic - 2 tbl., Paprika - 1 tbl.
How to make a turkey pastroma? Prepare the ingredients
First, make brine. Dissolve salt, sugar in water, add spices, mix everything.
Send the washed turkey fillet to brine and the refrigerator for at least an hour for 2.
After 2 hours, make our marinade.
Mix together honey, vegetable oil, finely cut garlic, paprika and your favorite herbs.
Remove our fillets from the brine, dry and rub with marinade.
To shape, wrap our meat with a thread.
Send the prepared fillet to a baking tin (I use a glass with a lid, but you can bake either in your sleeve or in a simple shape without a lid, but cover the tin with foil for the first 30 minutes). Pour a glass of water into the bottom of the tin (the water should cover the bottom of the tin), cover and send to the oven for 30 minutes at 220S
After 30 minutes, remove the lid and bake for another half an hour to form a ruddy crust, periodically coat the meat surface with juice from the bottom of the tin. Leave the meat to cool and serve the turkey pastroma to the table. Enjoy your meal!!
