1. Wash the breast and dry it.
2. Make the marinade: Combine honey, soy sauce, mustard and 3 tablespoons of oil.
3. Take hermetically sealed dishes, put your breast there and fill with marinade. Leave for 12 hours, turning your chest intermittently.
4. Combine the salt, red pepper, ground garlic and the remaining oil.
5. Pull the breast down with the culinary thread and coat with the cooked dressing.
4. Bake the prepared breast in a slow cooker in the "BAKE" mode for 7 minutes on each side. Then add the water and cook in "SIMMER" mode for 30 minutes. Immediately after the signal, do not remove the breast, let it stand on the "TEMPERATURE SUPPORT" mode for another 30 minutes.
5. Put the finished pastorm in the refrigerator for a few hours.
