1. Dissolve salt in water, put meat in saline solution for 3 hours.
2. Time has passed - remove excess moisture using a paper towel.
3. Grind the garlic and combine with the spices, oil and vinegar. Mix well.
4. Coat the meat with marinade, wrap in parchment paper, and on top in foil.
5. Heat the oven for 15 minutes at 250 degrees. Cook the meat for 20 minutes and leave it, without opening the oven, until completely cooled.
6. Leave the meat to cool completely and put in the refrigerator without unwinding for 10-12 hours. Enjoy your meal!
