New year's snack of crab sticks and squid on chips
8 servings40 min
Canned squid - 180 gr, Crab sticks - 300 gr, Iceberg salad - 200 gr, Canned corn - 100 gr, Chips - 100 gr, Curd cheese - 100 gr, Red caviar - 50 gr, Mayonnaise - 2 tbsp, Ground black pepper - to taste, Salt - to taste
Our snack has a pronounced "sea" taste, so seafood only needs to be bought of high quality and selection. I choose Lunskoye Sea from a proven manufacturer because I trust their quality and taste. Salad must be chosen without darkened leaves. Chips need to be chosen dense in the shape of a "boat, " "pringles" are perfect
Cut the crab sticks into medium pieces so they don't turn out too finely as porridge. Place in a bowl.
Then cut the lettuce leaves into the same medium slices and add to the crab sticks.
Squid tentacles must be carefully removed from the can so that there is no excess oil or brine. If they are not large, then you can immediately place them in a bowl without cutting them.
Next comes corn, with it everything is as simple as with squid tentacles. Just open the jar, drain, transfer the contents already to the chopped ingredients and mix.
Next, do not roughly cut the cheese, determine the amount by taste.
Season all chopped ingredients with mayonnaise, salt, pepper to taste.
Spread the resulting salad in chips and decorate with simulated salmon caviar. Enjoy your meal!
