Fish fillet - 700 g, Eggs - 3 pcs., Wheat flour - 3 tbsp., Baton - 140 g, Salt - to taste, Pepper - to taste
Prepare products.
Wash the fish fillet, dry, cut into pieces that are convenient for you.
Grind the baton in a blender into crumbs.
Transfer the bread crumbs to deep bowls, add a pinch of salt to the flour and mix. Beat the eggs, adding 0. 3 tsp. salt and a pinch of pepper.
Plan the fillet. First roll in flour, then dip in an egg and then roll in bread crumbs.
Put the prepared fillet on a grill or on a baking sheet, putting baking paper or a silicone mat.
Bake in a preheated oven at 200 degrees for about 25 - 30 minutes.
