How to bake meat bread in the oven at home? Prepare the necessary ingredients. If you want bread to have a beautiful pink color, you need to use nitrite salt instead of ordinary salt. Turn on the oven 180 degrees beforehand.
Grind the ice in a blender or break it into small grains with a hammer and put it in the freezer so that it does not melt.
Cut the meat and lard into medium pieces. Put the pieces in a suitably sized bag and put in the freezer for 25-30 minutes.
Put the chilled pork and beef meat and lard in the blender bowl.
Whisk everything until smooth. If your blender is small, like mine, then it is better to beat the meat in small portions. Otherwise, the blender will overheat quickly and can turn off. Then you have to wait a long time for it to cool down.
Add all the necessary seasonings, salt and baking powder to the meat. Whisk everything again in a blender.
Continuing to beat, gradually add the icy crumbs. As a result, a homogeneous shiny mass should be obtained.
Put the finished meat mass in a rectangular silicone shape and flatten. Beat the mold off the table several times to get the extra air out. Bake the bread in an oven preheated to 180 ° C for about 1 hour. Then turn off the oven and leave the bread in it for another 10 minutes.
