Minced meat baked in mugs of bell pepper

Minced meat - 500 grams, Tomatoes - 1 pc., Onions - 1 pc., Garlic - 2 teeth., Chicken eggs - 1 pc., Hard cheese - 100 gr, Baton - 1 gr, Milk - 150 gr, Sunflower oil - 2 tbsp, Ground coriander - 0.5 tsp, Greens - to taste, Salt - to taste, Black pepper - to taste
To make the snack, chop the onion and garlic finely.
Add the garlic onion to the minced meat.
We also add milk-soaked loaf, chicken egg, coriander crushed in a mortar, salt and pepper to the minced meat and thoroughly mix with your hands until smooth.
Grease the baking sheet with sunflower oil and arrange the pepper cut into rings of 2 cm each.
Put the stuffing tightly in each pepper ring.
We cut a tomato into thin rings, which with small rings of pepper are laid out on the mince of each portion. Then we put the baking sheet in the oven heated to 180 degrees for 45 minutes.
We take out the baked finished dish from the oven and sprinkle each portion of the dish with grated cheese of solid varieties. Then for 5 minutes we return the baking sheet to the turned off oven so that the cheese melts.
Sprinkle each portion of the finished dish with herbs.
We lay out in portions on a festive dish and serve on the table.
