How do you make marble chicken with gelatin in the oven? Prepare the necessary ingredients. Bell peppers can be taken in different colors, I have half yellow and red. Instead of olives, olives are suitable.
Wash the chicken fillet, dry. Cut the fillet along with strips 1. 5-2 cm thick.
Combine spices and seasonings (papriku, basil, curry and ground black pepper) and mix. Spices can be supplemented, increased or decreased according to their tastes and preferences.
Combine the chopped chicken fillet with the seasoning mixture and gelatin. Salt, add a little water to make the gelatin go better.
Mix everything well. Leave the chicken on the table for 1-1. 5 hours so that the gelatin swells and the meat is soaked in spices and seasonings.
Wash the bell peppers, free them from seeds and stalks. Cut the pepper lengthwise into medium-thick strips.
Any form can be used for cooking. I have a rectangular silicone. In the mold, I placed a baking sleeve, from which I cut the top. Foil is also suitable. Place a third of the chicken fillet on the bottom of the tin. Position strips of meat along the length of the mold.
Place half of the prepared bell pepper on a layer of fillet similarly along.
Place half the olives between the strips of pepper.
Then spread a third more chicken fillet in an even layer.
Repeat the layer of remaining peppers and olives.
Cover vegetables and olives with chicken fillet.
Cover the hose from above, attach the edges with clips.
Bake the meat in the oven preheated to 180S for 60-70 minutes until cooked through.
Leave the finished chicken to cool in shape. Place a load on top, such as a bag of cereals, to spread the gelatin mass over the entire height of the chicken meat. It is desirable that the load lies on the entire surface. Once the chicken has cooled to room temperature, put it in the fridge for 10-12 hours to cool further and set the gelatin.
Remove the chilled meat from the tin, remove the sleeve and turn upside down onto the dish. Cut the marble chicken into portions and serve as a cold snack, garnishing with vegetables and herbs. Enjoy your meal!
