Hard cheese - 250 grams, Olive oil - 150 ml, Garlic - 1 tooth, Chili pepper - 1 pc., Thyme, thyme - 5 grams, Rosemary - 5 grams, Ground pepper mixture - 0.5 teaspoons.
How to marinate cheese? Prepare the ingredients. Almost any cheese can be marinated in this way: mozzarella (brine and ordinary), brynza, etc. I used regular hard cheese.
Cut the cheese into small cubes.
Wash the chilli, dry and cut into circles. To make the cheese not too spicy, the seeds can be removed if desired. I used two kinds of chilli - green and red. Peel and slice the garlic into petals.
Put cheese, herbs, chilli, garlic in a prepared clean and dry jar, alternating.
Pour olive oil over the cheese. It may need a little more or a little less, depending on the volume of the selected capacity.
Close the jar with a lid and put it in a cool place for 2-3 days. During this time, the cheese will be soaked in butter and spices, will become fragrant and sharp, it can be tried. Store the pickled cheese in the fridge for no longer than 2-3 weeks.
