Pickled chicken eggs in soy sauce

Chicken eggs - 6 pcs., Onions - 1 pc., Cinnamon - 2 g, Salt - to taste, Soy sauce - 2 tbsp., Ginger - 2 g., Sugar - 1 tsp., Vodka - 1 tsp., Water - 100 ml
Prepare all the necessary ingredients in advance and start cooking.
Boil chicken eggs wrinkled.
Finely chop the onions.
Put the water on the heat, put the chopped onions in it, pour in all the seasonings, pour in the soy sauce and vodka. Let everything boil for 2 minutes, which formed a general taste and aroma.
Peel the boiled eggs and pierce them with a toothpick all the way to the yolk throughout the egg. Put the eggs in a seasoned solution and cook for a further 5 minutes.
Then cut the eggs lengthwise into pieces and lightly pour over the soy sauce.
Place the eggs on the lettuce leaves. Decorate as you like. It turned out to be a tasty and unassuming snack.
