Frog feet in white wine

Marinating our legs:
1. Fold the frog legs into a bowl, add the salt and pepper.
2. Add the thyme, saffron, garlic.
3. Pour over the lemon juice.
4. Pour over the white wine.
5. Stir everything and leave the legs to stand in the marinade for 30-40 minutes. Now we are preparing our paws:
6. Preheat the pan with the olive oil.
7. Roll the paws in cornmeal and place in the butter to fry.
8. Fry the legs on both sides until appetising golden crust. Enjoy your meal!
