Eggs - 5 pcs., Milk - 5 tbsp., Salt - to taste, Minced meat - 350 g, Hard cheese - 100 g, Onions - 1 pc., Salt - to taste, Dry spices - to taste, Vegetable oil - 30 g
For lazy breezers, make the filling first. To do this, add the required amount of minced meat to a spacious bowl. Peel and finely chop the onions, using a sharp knife. Add the chopped onions to the mince.
Add the cheese. grated on a medium grater. Salt to taste and sprinkle with spices.
Mix the whole filling well until smooth and, right in the bowl, divide into 5 identical parts.
In another bowl, combine the eggs with the milk and salt. whisk lightly so that the mass mixes well. This amount of egg mixture is just enough for 5 pancakes.
Add a little vegetable oil to a hot frying pan and pour in a ladle of egg mass. Over a medium heat, fry the pancakes on one side until rosy.
Then remove the pancake from the plate, place the prepared meat filling on top of it and spread over the entire surface. Twist the pancake with the filling into a roll.
Brush a prepared baking tray with vegetable oil and put out all the rolls. Place the tin in the oven, warmed to 180 degrees, for 30 minutes. Cut the finished rolls into pieces and serve to the table as a snack. Enjoy your meal!
