Deep-fried chicken wings
4 servings40 min
Chicken wings - 800 g, Breadcrumbs - 150 g, Flour - 50 g, Eggs - 2 pcs., Paprika - 1 tea liter, Garlic - 0.5 tea liter, Ground black pepper - to taste, Salt - to taste, Vegetable oil - 400 ml
How to deep fry chicken wings at home? Very simple! First, prepare the necessary ingredients. Chicken wings can be fried whole or cut into pieces. I cut the tips off the wings.
In a bowl, combine the breadcrumbs, dry garlic, paprika, salt and pepper and mix. It is important to choose high-quality breadcrumbs. They shouldn't be too shallow. Heavily ground (almost in flour) breadcrumbs may not have a crisp effect. The wings are crisp in the initially crisp breading. I can see in my photo what size the breadcrumbs are. Spices can be supplemented with your own to taste.
Whisk the eggs with a fork until smooth. If desired, you can add a little salt to the eggs.
Roll each wing in dry breading. Breadcrumbs may need more, so keep a supply on hand.
Then dip in the beaten eggs and roll again in the breadcrumbs breaded.
In a saucepan over medium heat, heat the vegetable oil. Place 1-2 wings and deep-fry for 3-5 minutes or longer. It is important that the meat inside is well cooked. The oil should be enough to completely cover the wings.
Transfer the finished wings to paper wipes to absorb excess fat. Serve the wings hot with different sauces. I have sour cream and tomato. Enjoy your meal!
