Take the foil as much as it will be enough to wrap the wings in two layers. Put the turkey wings on the foil in two layers. Put a piece of laurel under each wing. Sprinkle the wings with spices, salt and rub them thoroughly. Form the sides from the foil and pour lemon and ginger juices over the wings. And pour water into the bottom of the foil mold. Wrap the wings in foil and bake in an oven preheated to 180 degrees for an hour and a half. Then open the foil and bake for another 15 minutes at maximum temperature. Soft and juicy, with a ruddy crust, turkey wings are ready. Serve to the table hot - so they are much tastier! Good appetite!
