In this way, you can very quickly marinate any products - in just a few minutes. For example, summer low-salted cucumbers instead of several hours are cooked in 15-30 minutes. But now this is not about this: ) So, let's do the actual pickling. It is necessary to spread the turkey wings with the prepared spicy mixture, put them in a jar, close them with a lid and pump out the air. In the process, the pores open and the marinade quickly passes deep into the tissues. The process will be even more effective if the can is turned over from time to time so that the marinade washes each piece from all sides. As a result, at the exit (in a maximum of half an hour), marinated wings are very high quality. You can move on to baking. Place the wings in a vegetable oil-lubricated aerogrill shape, pour over the marinade. Bake the wings at maximum temperature and ventilation for 10-15 minutes on each side.
