Prepare the ingredients. To cook shrimp in the oven, we need: large shrimp (I have Argentine, you can have more familiar royal ones). For the marinade: olive oil, zest and lemon juice, garlic and Provence herbs.
Pre-thaw and dry the shrimp.
Squeeze the juice out of the lemon. Grate the zest on a coarse grater.

In a deep bowl, combine olive oil, juice and lemon zest, garlic and Provence herbs. Beat everything until smooth, until the oil is combined with the lemon juice.
Place the shrimp in a bowl. Mix everything thoroughly. Put pickle in the refrigerator for 3 hours, or better for the night. During pickling, mix the shrimp several times so that they are evenly soaked in the marinade.
Line the baking sheet with a double layer of parchment. Place the shrimp together with the marinade in one layer. Bake shrimp for about 10-12 minutes at 200 ° C. If the prawns are ordinary royal, then 8-9 minutes is enough
