Rosemary shrimp
4 servings3 hours
Shrimp - 800 gr, Ginger - to taste, Rosemary - 6 pcs., Garlic - 4 teeth., Lemons - 6 pcs., Olive oil - 100 ml, Butter - 50 gr., Soy sauce - 200 ml, Sugar - 1 tbsp.
You'll need large royal shrimp for this recipe. They should already be boiled. Remove the shrimp from the freezer, place in a bowl and pour over the boiling water so that it completely covers them.
Drain the shrimp. Squeeze the fresh out of the lemons, pour it over the shrimp. Cut the leaves from the sprigs of rosemary. Peel and grate the ginger. Add the prepared ingredients to the shrimp, mix well. Leave the shrimp to marinate in the fridge for a couple of hours.
Meanwhile, peel and chop the garlic as small as possible. Put a frying pan on the stove, pour in the olive oil. Heat it well, fry the garlic on it. Put the marinated prawns in the pan, simmer them for a few minutes.
Add the soy sauce and sugar to the shrimp. It's a very interesting combination. Soy sauce will give flavour, and sugar will allow shrimp to paramelize a little. Toss a slice of butter to the shrimp, fry the uncapped seafood for a couple of minutes.
