My chicken under running water, dry with paper towels, cut in half (along the back) so that it is more convenient to work with it. In a small container, mix salt, dry spices, ground black pepper. We rub the chicken with the resulting mixture. Mix liquid smoke with oil and use a silicone brush to evenly coat the chicken. We leave to marinate for 40 minutes. We install a grill in the oven, a baking sheet is set to a level lower. Put the chicken on a grill (it is advisable to wrap the wings with foil, as there is a possibility of burning) and bake in the oven, heated to 200 degrees, for about 40 minutes.
