Pork - 1 kg, Grainy mustard - 3 tbsp, Sour cream - 3 tbsp, Onions - 1 pc, Lemon juice - 3 tbsp, Salt - to taste, Dry spices - to taste
To make a marinade for meat, take grainy mustard and sour cream. Connect them in a spacious bowl.
Add the chopped onions, lemon juice, salt and spices to them.
Mix everything well.
Wash and dry pork carbonate with paper towels or napkins. Carefully coat it from all sides with the resulting marinade. Cover with a lid or film and leave to marinate for 6-8 hours.
Put the pickled meat in a baking dish. Preheat the oven to 200 degrees and put the meat in it for 1-1. 5 hours. By the end of cooking, pierce the meat with a knife, if the juice is no longer pink, then the meat is ready and it can be taken out of the oven.
