Courgette cake with cheese

We prepare courgettes: mine, rub on a grater. In a deep bowl, combine flour, eggs, grated courgettes and semolina, mix everything and leave it to swell. After 10 minutes, heat the pan with vegetable oil, and the dough is salted, pepper and, stirring, quickly start frying the pancakes. Then let them cool down. In a separate container, mix finely chopped greens with grated cheese and garlic squeezed out through the press. We cut the tomatoes into circles and collect the cake in this sequence: sour cream cake-cheese mixture-circles of tomato-cake. Thus, we shift all the cakes, sprinkling the upper cakes with grated cheese and decorating with tomatoes. Enjoy your meal!
