How to make zucchini with minced meat and tomatoes in the oven? Prepare the necessary ingredients for this. Minced meat can be used from any type of meat or mixed composition. I'll use minced pork. I make such minced meat at home myself, since a lot of moisture and lard are released from the store. Rinse zucchini and tomatoes in running water from pollution.
Choose the courgette young. Such a squash has a thin skin that does not need to be cleaned and there is no need to remove the seeds. Cut the tails on both sides, and cut the courgette itself into circles 1-1. 5 cm thick. You do not need to cut very thinly, since when baking, the courgette slices become very soft.
Minced meat must be pre-fried with onions in butter. This is necessary in order to level the cooking time of all ingredients. Courgettes and tomatoes bake quickly, and the mince needs a little more time. For frying, peel the onions and finely chop. Fry it for a couple of minutes, then add the minced meat to it and fry it all together for another 10 minutes. The minced meat can be salted a little and spices added to taste.
