3. Put the meat, carrots and onions in a saucepan, after which pour water so that its level is 3 cm higher than meat.
4. Place the pan on a plate.
5. Add the peppercorns and salt, bring to the boil, remove the foam and reduce the heat.
6. Over a low heat, cook the turkey and vegetables for 2 hours.
7. Remove the carrots and onions from the pan and cook the meat for another 2 hours. If necessary, you can add some water. Be sure to try the broth for salt - adjust its amount to your taste.
8. Remove the meat from the pan - let it cool. The broth must be treated.
9. Remove the bones from the turkey, remove the skin and cut the meat into fibers - pieces of medium value. 10. Finely chop the garlic cloves. 1

2. Fill the contents of the moulds with strained broth. After everything has finally cooled, put the jellyfish in the refrigerator for at least a few hours. Or you can for the night. Delicious low-calorie jellyfish is ready! Serve it to the table, decorated with fresh greens, with mustard. Enjoy your meal!
