This recipe is quite simple, original, but also a bit troublesome. And when guests see this snack on the table, then, for some reason, they immediately reach for it. Although there are few ingredients, the first time it may not work out well, and it's all about technology. And if you are patient, and you are ready to do everything right the first time, then we are more likely to start preparing these bright fungi in which there are no mushrooms, but there is a tasty successful filling, from which you will definitely lick your fingers. Getting started:
1. First, you need to boil the eggs hard and be sure to cool in cold water, having previously cracked the shell, so they will then be quickly and better cleaned. Once the eggs have been peeled, cut the top so that it represents one-third of the egg. Now we clamp most of the egg in the hand so that the squirrel does not burst, and remove the yolk with a small spoon or thin knife. We need one protein form, in which we will then put the filling. And even if the protein broke up on the one hand, then there is no need to despair, because the filling will fix everything later. And the cut parts of the tops will need to be passed through the grater, or chopped finely with a knife along with the yolk. This is perhaps the most difficult and time-consuming process in this recipe, the transition from the most difficult to the simplest. If you have coped well with this, then you can safely proceed to the procedure with tomatoes.

2. It is advisable to take tomatoes a little larger than an egg, so the legs and hats will harmoniously fit and look in the right ratio. First, we lay the tomato in the green part up, and then cut the sidewalls on both sides for the hats, without capturing the middle itself. It turns out that one tomato goes to two eggs (2 hats). It is imperative to remove the seed compartments from the hats with a spoon, you may not throw them out, they will later be useful for overcooking. Here are the hats and the ready.

3. Now all the parts from the eggs are well crushed. Garlic and half a bunch of dill are also finely cut. It remains to season everything with mayonnaise, I have it cheese, and season with spices and solu.

4. Now we also clamp the protein slightly and start mushroom "legs" with a pea with a small dessert spoon. We put the hats on top and put white dots with the help of mayonnaise and a wooden skewer with a non-sharp side. We cover the suitable dishes with herbs and put mushroom flies on it. Here the snack is ready, it will definitely surprise and delight everyone who loves and appreciates beautiful and tasty dishes, in which the soul and the kindest intentions are invested.
