Nests with navaga

Nests with navaga... 4 servings
1 hour 20 min

1. Cut the thawed fillet into small pieces, salt, pepper.

2. Cut the baguette into 2cm-thick slices. Then put them to soak in the milk.

3. Finely chop the onions and greens and add to the navaga, mix thoroughly.

4. Grate the cheese on a fine grater and set aside. At this point, you can already turn on to heat the oven to 180 degrees.

5. Grease the baking tray with oil and, slightly squeezed out, put a baguette soaked in milk on it.

6. In each slice, make a recess using a small piano for this or simply take your hand.

7. Put a mixture of navaga and onions in the resulting recesses, brush with mayonnaise on top.

8. Put the nests in the oven and bake at 180 degrees for 45 minutes.

9. Then sprinkle the nests with prepared cheese and send to the oven for another 5 minutes. Ready-made navaga nests can be immediately laid out on plates or carefully laid out on a large dish. Enjoy your meal!
