How to make a scam in tartlets with cream, mushrooms and chicken in the oven? Very simple! First, prepare the necessary ingredients. Take the fillet from the breast, it is less fatty. Better if the meat is chilled. Pre-thaw the frozen by transferring from the freezer to the fridge. Cream can be replaced with sour cream.
Wash the chicken fillet, dry and cut into small cubes. Chicken can be replaced with turkey or pork.
Wash the mushrooms, dry and cut into small pieces. If you use frozen mushrooms, then take them with a margin of one and a half times more, because when thawing and roasting they will literally remain a handful. Champignons can be replaced with other mushrooms: white, chanterelles.
Peel the onion from the husks and cut into small cubes.
Grate the cheese on a coarse or medium grater. Any cheese for this dish is suitable - solid, semi-solid. The main thing is that it is tasty, high-quality, without milk fat substitutes and melts well.
In a frying pan over medium heat, heat the vegetable oil. Place the onions and fry until clear for 3-5 minutes.
Add the chicken to the pan. Stir fry for 5-7 minutes until golden brown. All excess moisture should evaporate from the chicken.
Put the chopped mushrooms to the chicken. Fry all together until evaporated from the pan of excess moisture.
Sprinkle in the flour, nutmeg, salt and pepper and mix thoroughly. You can add your spices to taste.
Pour in the cream. Simmer, stirring, until thickened.
Fill the tartlets with julienne.
Top with grated cheese. Bake the julienne for 5-7 minutes at 180 ° C until the cheese melts.
Transfer the finished julienne in tartlets to a dish, decorate with herbs and serve. Enjoy your meal!
