Julien with pork and mushrooms is a tasty, hearty dish. This type of julien is not characteristic of French cuisine, but probably our Russian interpretation. However, the recipe exists and is used successfully. Let's get to know him in more detail!
1. Take the products on the list. Pork is better to take lean.

2. Cut the onion into a small cube, fry it until transparent in heated oil.

3. Add finely chopped mushrooms, put out a little before evaporating the liquid.

4. Cut the pork into a small cube and fry quickly with the mushrooms. You can fry all this separately, and then combine it in baking molds. I suggest a quicker option.

5. Sprinkle the contents of the pan with a thin layer of flour, mix, removing from the heat - it is easier to avoid the formation of lumps.

6. Add the milk, stir until smooth and put on the stove again, bring to a boil and cook in the sauce over low heat for 5 minutes. This blank can be stored in the refrigerator for several days - bake before serving, which is undoubtedly very convenient.

7. Spread the mass into molds, fill with grated cheese (ideally parmesan) and bake in the oven at 200-180 degrees for 20 minutes. That's all! Julien with pork and mushrooms is ready - a pleasant appetite!
