Chicken and mushroom julien in cupcake moulds

Chicken breasts - 300 gr, Champignons - 250 gr, Hard cheese - 140 gr, Olive oil - 30 ml, Cream - 100 gr, Corn starch - 15 gr, Onions - 150 gr, Salt - 3 gr, Ground black pepper - to taste, Greens - to taste
Prepare all the ingredients
Cut the onions finely, champignons and chicken fillet into straws and fry in olive oil. Salt and pepper.
Spread the fried onions with chicken and mushrooms into moulds, filling them 3/4 of the volume.
Stir together the cream, starch, grated cheese, salt and pepper.
Fill the resulting mass of mold to the edges.
Bake in the oven preheated to 180S for 20 minutes. Check readiness.
Serve the baked juliennes as a hot snack.
