Champignons - 200 gr, Sour cream - 100 gr, Onions - 150 gr, Vegetable oil - 1 tbsp, Hard cheese - 80 gr, Table salt - 0.5 tsp, Wheat flour - 1 tbsp, Water - 50 ml
How to bake a scam with mushrooms and sour cream? Prepare all the necessary ingredients. Rinse the champignons from the soil. Put them on a tea towel. It is important to dry mushrooms well, otherwise they will become watery after being drenched. Do I need to clean champignons? Rinse the small mushrooms well enough, it is better to clean the larger ones by removing the films from the hats. Also cut the darkened sections on the legs.
Peel the onions from the husks. To prevent onion juice from irritating the mucous membrane of the eye so much, rinse the purified bulb and knife with cold water. Cut the onions into small cubes.
Pour vegetable oil with a high smoking temperature into the pan, heat. Spoon in the chopped onions. Fry it over medium heat until transparent. Be sure to stir so you don't burn.
While the onion is browning, cut the champignons, best in quarters, but you can also use thin plates.
Add the champignons to the onion in the pan and fry over a moderate heat, stirring occasionally.
After 10 minutes of frying, salt the mushrooms with onions to taste.
Continue frying the onion champignons over a low heat for a further 10 minutes until tender and until the moisture evaporates.
Prepare portion heat-resistant moulds or cockerels. Lightly grease them with refined vegetable oil. It is convenient to do this with a silicone brush.
Transfer the onion-fried mushrooms to moulds from the pan. Do not reach the edges of the utensils by 2-3cm, leaving room for sauce and cheese.
How to make a julien sauce with sour cream and cheese in the oven? Pour the flour into a dry frying pan and toast it over a minimum heat for 3-4 minutes, stirring constantly.
When the flour changes color a little and becomes golden, add sour cream of any fat content to it. You can replace it with cream. Remember that the calorie content of the dish depends on the fat content of the products you use. Choose sour cream natural without vegetable fats.
Stir the flour with sour cream well so that there are no lumps.
Then pour the warm filtered water into the pan and mix the sour cream thoroughly until smooth, bringing it to a boil at the same time.
Pour the mushroom mass into the molds with hot sour cream sauce.
Now grate the hard cheese over a coarse grater. Cheese can be anything, the main thing is that it is tasty and melts well in the oven.
Cover each portion of the mushrooms with a layer of hard cheese.
Place the filled moulds in an oven preheated to 180 degrees. Bake the scam for about 15 minutes. Keep in mind that each oven works differently, because the baking time and temperature may differ from those indicated. When the cheese melts and browns, take it out.
Remove the hot jelly moulds from the champignons from the oven. Sprinkle crushed greens (dill, parsley) on top and serve immediately as a hot dish on your own. As an accompaniment, make a salad of fresh vegetables. Enjoy your meal!
