How to make a bug without mushrooms? Prepare the ingredients. To make a mushroom-free julien, we'll need: chicken fillet; cheese; cream; butter; flour; chicken spices; black ground pepper and salt.
Pour flour into the cream and mix everything thoroughly so that there are no lumps.
Add the chicken spice, salt and pepper to the creamy flour mixture. Stir.
Wash the chicken fillet, dry and cut into bars.
In a pan, melt the butter and fry, stirring, the chicken fillet over a high heat for about 10 minutes until the meat has a ruddy crust.
Grate the cheese over a coarse grater.
Pour the creamy flour mixture into the pan to the chicken. Stirring, bring to a boil. Simmer over a medium heat for about 2 minutes. The sauce should thicken. If the sauce is very thick, you can dilute it a little with milk or cream.
Spread the chicken fillet with the creamy sauce over the cockerels.
Top with grated cheese. Bake the julienne in the oven, warmed to 180 ° C, for about 10 minutes, until a ruddy crust appears on the cheese surface.
Serve the finished julien immediately to the table while it's hot. Enjoy your meal!
