How to fry bell peppers with garlic in a pan? Very simple. First, prepare the necessary ingredients according to the list. To make the snack beautiful and bright, take peppers of different colors. I have red and yellow. With this recipe, you can make regular sweet seasonal peppers.
Rinse parsley and dill, shake off moisture and chop finely. If desired, you can replace or supplement with other herbs, for example, cilantro, green onions or use a mixture of different herbs.
Peel and finely chop the garlic with a knife or pass through the press.
Heat the vegetable oil in a frying pan. Lay out the bell peppers and fry on all sides until the bastards appear. If necessary, cover the pan with a lid so that the oil does not shoot in different directions. If desired, you can fry the pepper not whole, but cut into strips, removing the seeds and peduncle.
