Fried oyster mushrooms with garlic and herbs

Oyster mushrooms - 500 g, Vegetable oil - 2 tbsp, Table vinegar - 30 ml, Ground black pepper - 2 g, Salt - to taste, Garlic - 4 teeth, Cilantro greens - 1 pug.
Prepare all the necessary ingredients for recipes. Mushrooms are suitable for any. I cook from oyster mushrooms.
Clean and rinse the mushrooms, cut into smaller pieces.
Garlic very finely crumpled with a knife.
Finely cut fresh cilantro greens.
Fry mushrooms on both sides in a frying pan, in a minimum amount of vegetable oil until golden brown.
Spread the fried mushrooms into a flat dish, salt to taste, pepper.
Sprinkle the mushrooms with chopped herbs, small garlic and lightly sprinkle 5% vinegar with the table.
Such a savoury snack can be safely served at the festive table.
