If the rapans are frozen, defrost them. The first step is to remove the stomach. It is dark, long and stands out from all other parts. Put a pot of water, bring to a boil. Water needs to be salted. We put rapans in a container and cook them for four minutes after boiling. If you cook longer, the seafood will become rubber. We remove rapans from the pan. After they cool down, cut them into middle pieces. Cut the onions into half rings. Heat the pan with butter and fry the seafood with onions. Readiness is determined by the golden color of the onion. Put the prepared dish on a plate, put lemon wedges and spring onions on top. Enjoy your meal!
