1. Wash the bull eggs, remove the shell and cut them into circles about 1 cm thick. Then cut each circle into halves.
2. Clean and cut into half-rings
3. In a frying pan, heat the vegetable oil, place the onion and fry until lightly golden.
4. Add bull eggs to the onion, salt, pepper, pour a little tabasco. Everything is well mixed.
