Fishballs in tomato sour cream sauce
6 servings1 hour
Silver carp - 700 g, Onions - 150 g, Breadcrumbs - 80 g, Eggs - 1 pc., Wheat flour - 2 tbsp., Salt - to taste, Pepper - to taste, Vegetable oil - 2 tbsp., Sour cream - 5 tbsp., Tomato paste - 2 tbsp., Water - 600 ml
Let's prepare the products. I have silver fillet.
We scroll through the meat grinder fish fillet. Add egg, breadcrumbs, salt-pepper to taste to the minced meat. We mix mince very well.
Wet your hands in water and make balls from fish mince a little larger than walnut.
We set the pan with vegetable oil to heat up. Take the frying pan with high sides, we will simmer our meatballs in it. Then we roll each fish ball in flour.
All our fishballs (rolled in flour) are laid out in a frying pan and fried.
Pull the handle lightly - and they will all turn over themselves)
These are the ruddy balls you get))
For the sauce, mix sour cream, tomato paste and water.
Pour our fishballs with sauce, make a small fire, cover the pan and simmer for 30 minutes until tender.
Here are such appetising our fishballs. Put on a plate, pour sauce. The side dish is delicious mashed potatoes.
Enjoy your meal!
