Stuffed sweet pepper without rice

Bell pepper - 5 pcs., Minced meat - 500 g, Hard cheese - 100 g, Onions - 1 pc., Carrots - 1 pc., Tomatoes - 3 pcs., Sour cream - 2 tbsp., Salt - to taste, Mixture of ground peppers - to taste, Mixture of herbs - to taste
Wash the peppers, cut in half, clean from seeds and partitions. You can put the peppers in the oven for ten minutes for softness.
Finely grate the onions, grate the carrots on a fine grater.
Fry onions in vegetable oil until transparent, add carrots, fry for a few more minutes. Put finely chopped tomatoes without skin, simmer until the liquid evaporates. Set aside in a bowl.
Dilute the minced meat with water, put in a pan. Stir until crumbly.
Put the vegetable filling to the minced meat, mix, salt, pepper, add herbs to your taste. Put out a few more minutes.
Add sour cream, mix.
Fill the peppers with ready-made mince. Pour water into each tablespoon for juiciness. Bake in the preheated oven at t 220 'for 20-25 minutes.
Sprinkle with grated cheese and put again in the oven until the cheese crust forms.
Peppers are ready.
