Mine, we cut the peppers in half so that the ponytails remain and cleanse the seeds and membranes. Then blanch in boiling water for about 3 minutes, and cool.
Put the tomatoes in boiling water for a minute, and remove the skin, then cut into cubes. Mushrooms and fillet birds also cut into cubes.
Onion, garlic, dill and parsley are crushed in a blender.

We rub hard cheese on a grater (I have 17% fat content, to reduce the number of calories in the finished dish). Take out the pepper from the oven and sprinkle with grated cheese. And again We send to the oven for about 10 minutes, until a ruddy crust is formed on the cheese.
