How do you make prunes stuffed with walnuts? First, prepare the necessary ingredients according to the list. Prunes are needed large, without bones, preferably soft. Pre-boil the egg hard-boiled, cool and peel. Divide into protein and yolk. For a snack, you only need a yolk.
Rinse prunes. If prunes are dry, pour boiling water over them. and let it brew for about 10 minutes.
Once the time has elapsed, roll the prunes back into a colander and allow to drain completely with water. Then dry it with paper towels. In each prune with a sharp knife, make cuts on one side.
Grate the cheese on a fine grater. Any cheese for this dish is suitable - hard, semi-hard, soft, mozzarella type. The main thing is that it is tasty, high-quality, without milk fat substitutes. I use two types of cheese in the recipe. Hard - for stringing on skewers and soft curd in the filling.
Dry the walnuts in a dry pan, then grind into fine crumbs.
In a bowl, combine soft cheese, walnuts, crumbled boiled yolk and garlic passed through the press.
Salt, pepper, season with mayonnaise and stir. If you wish, you can add all boiled egg to the filling
Stuff the prepared prunes with a mixture of cheese with walnuts and garlic.
Cut the hard cheese into small rectangles about the size of prunes.
Remove the olives from the brine and dry well. Cut each olive into rings.
Shape the snack: Put the olives on the stuffed prunes, place the prunes on a block of cheese and pierce everything together with skewers. Place the snack on a dish and serve. Enjoy your meal!
