Georgian bull eggs

1. Eggs must be washed well, after which soak them for 2 hours in salted water.
2. The time has passed - lower them into boiling water and cook for 7-10 minutes.
3. At this time, clean the onions and garlic. Cut the onions into half rings, finely chop the garlic.
4. Remove the eggs from the boiling water, allow to cool slightly and remove the upper shell, then cut the eggs into pieces lengthways.
5. Heat the vegetable oil in a frying pan, place the cut eggs and fry them over a high heat for 5-7 minutes, then reduce the heat to low.
6. Add the onions, simmer for a further 5-7 minutes.
7. Add the ground coriander, paprika, nutmeg. Salt it.
8. Pour in the wine and soy sauce.
9. Put the chopped garlic and chilli whole. 10. Mix everything well and simmer for 7-10 minutes (until all the moisture has evaporated). Serve the finished dish with fresh greens, with your favourite side dish and sauce. Enjoy your meal!
