Chicken brizole

To begin with, bake pancakes. The preparation for each pancake is made separately: - drive an egg into a bowl, add one tablespoon of milk, salt and pepper; - beat the mixture with a whisk or fork like an omelette; - fry the pancake on both sides in a pan lubricated with sunflower oil; - we repeat the same process 6 times to get 6 pancakes. We lay out chicken mince on each pancake, distribute it over the entire surface, lubricate it thinly with mayonnaise. Sprinkle a little with pickles on top, previously cut with a thin straw (cucumbers, if desired, can be replaced with champignons or assorted - part with mushrooms and part with pickles, and you can also sprinkle with grated cheese if desired). Twist each pancake with a roll and put it on a baking dish, previously lubricated with vegetable oil. Bake the brizole in an oven preheated to 200 degrees for 30 minutes. We serve on the table in a warm form, watering with sour cream. Enjoy your meal!
