Let's start making brizole from baking pancakes. We break an egg into a small deep bowl, pour one tablespoon of milk, salt and beat it with a whisk or fork. In a preheated pan greased with sunflower oil, fry the pancake on both sides. Thus, we prepare three omelettes. Using a meat grinder, twist the fillet and peeled onions, add salt and pepper, mix. Grease each pancake with the resulting mince, roll into a roll. Grease the baking tin with sunflower oil, put pancakes in it and bake in the oven, heated to 180 degrees. The baking time is about 20 minutes. Cut the brizole into pieces and serve hot. Eat on health!
