Homemade minced lamb in the oven

Minced meat - 600 g, Dried - 6 pcs., Eggs - 1 pc., Milk - 250 ml, Onions - 1 pc., Carrots - 1 pc., Salt - to taste, Dry spices - to taste
The products are essential to make Minced Lamb. Bagels should be unsweetened.
Peel onions from husks and pass through a meat grinder
Peel and rub carrots on a grater, you can on a large one.
Mix the minced meat with onions, carrots (take half the grated), drive an egg into the minced meat, salt, add black ground pepper, coriander. Mix everything thoroughly.
Dip each steering wheel in milk and hold there for 5 minutes.
Grease the baking utensils with oil, pour out the remaining carrots. lay out the wetted drums and fill each with the cooked minced meat.
Pour the remaining milk into the dishes. I advise you to add half a glass of broth, the barrels will become juicier from this.
Cover with foil on top and put in an oven heated to 200 degrees for 60 minutes. I also add a few slices of potatoes.
Before removing the finished dish from the oven, remove the foil and hold it under the grill for 5-7 minutes.
Arrange on plates and dinner is ready.
