Birch wine is prepared during the season of picking birch juice. The juice should be the freshest, just harvested, without the slightest sign of chipping. Juice boil, foam formed on the surface is removed. Sugar and lemon crusts are slowly added. Then liquid is cooled to room temperature, poured into containers without topping up to edges and placed on water seal, like any other wine. In two weeks, carefully remove the sediment, pour birch homemade wine into bottles, close it with corks and take it to the cellar. This wine will diversify your table, especially if you are a winemaker and want to surprise guests with another masterpiece of your own. Any food will go to the snack.
