Wheat flour - 300 gr, Milk - 150 ml, Eggs - 2 pcs., Butter - 130 gr, Baking powder - 2 tea liters, Salt - 0.5 tea liters, Sugar - 0.5 tea liters, Ground black pepper - 1 tea liter, Ham - 100 gr, Hard cheese - 100 gr, Green onions - 30 gr, Breadcrumbs - 30 gr
Sift the flour and mix with baking powder. Instead of baking powder, you can take soda and extinguish it with vinegar or citric acid. Pour the flour mass into a bowl with the liquid mass. Stir lightly and very gently with a spoon. It is not necessary to bring to homogeneity, if only the flour is well mixed and that's it.
We send the muffins to the oven, preheated to 180 degrees. Bake them for 30 minutes. 5 minutes before readiness, take them out of the oven and sprinkle them with grated cheese. We put it back to finish. Finished muffins are very well taken out of the molds. Take them out immediately and serve them hot to the table.
