How to bake apples in puff dough in the oven? Prepare the products. I use purchased dough, non-rye dough. You can cook it yourself. The finished dough is sold frozen, so defrost it in advance by transferring it from the freezer to the bottom shelf of the refrigerator - this way the process will be most delicate.
Roll one layer of dough with a rolling pin on a table sprayed with flour. Puff dough has the peculiarity of stretching well in one direction, so roll it over it. A rectangular formation with a thickness of about 3 mm should be obtained. Cut it into two squares. Put stuffed apples in the center of each. Cut out the corners of the squares in such a way that you get a quadrangular star.
